We hold club rides on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (Springtime onwards), meeting outside Tenby Leisure Center at 6:30pm. Also Saturday and Sunday mornings (throughout the year), again meeting outside Tenby Leisure Center at 7:30am on Saturdays and 9:00am Sundays. All are welcome and we normally split into 2 -3 groups depending on fitness levels. You can view the routes we use for club runs by clicking the Club Rides Routes link on the right of the page. Our Turbo Training sessions will run from October 2008 and have proved very popular over the last two Winters. These take place at Tenby Leisure Center and are hour long sessions starting at 8.00pm. They are aimed at maintaining a good level of fitness over the Winter months and vary in their format from week to week. If interested we recommend a basic heart rate monitor and cycle computer with cadence and a Turbo Trainer. We normally have a few spare Trainers you can use if available but recommend you get your own if possible. The heart rate monitor and computer although important are not essential for the first couple of sessions. There is also a fee of £3.00 per person per session to cover the cost of using the room (£2.00 for under 18's).
